Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, motivated, and result-oriented Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support sales activities, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure timely payment collections. You will act as an important connection between our clients and the company, helping maintain strong customer relationships and smooth operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination

• Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and manage related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain updated customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
• Respond to client queries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Track sales pipeline and share regular updates with the team and management.

Collection Management

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collection.
• Send professional reminders when required.
• Coordinate with the finance team to resolve payment-related discrepancies.
• Maintain a log of collection activities and prepare regular reports.
• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure easy and smooth payment processes.

General Coordination

• Provide administrative support for both sales and collection-related tasks.
• Assist in resolving concerns related to invoices or payments.
• Ensure compliance with company credit terms and collection procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles.
