Office Sales Executive

As an Office Sales Executive at Wazirpur, Delhi, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Sales Coordination - Process customer orders, prepare invoices, and manage related documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. - Maintain updated customer information and sales records in the CRM system. - Respond to client queries regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. - Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts. - Track sales pipeline and share regular updates with the team and management. - Collection Management - Send professional reminders when required. - Maintain a log of collection activities and prepare regular reports. - General Coordination - Provide administrative support for both sales and collection-related tasks. - Ensure compliance with company credit terms and collection procedures. To qualify for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. - Strong organisational and time-management abilities. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Basic understanding of invoicing, collections, and accounting principles.
