NOOE is a modern emotive-design brand that produces desk accessories, stationery & everyday carry products. Our products reflect our beliefs of meticulous design, functional luxury & sustainability.

About the role:

  • As the Office Manager at NOOE, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations — the person who ensures our space, systems, and teams function smoothly and efficiently. You’ll take full ownership of the NOOE office environment, keeping it clean, organised, well-maintained, and always ready for productive work. You’ll also collaborate closely with our warehouse team, supporting them with ad-hoc operational needs such as dispatches, porter tasks, last-mile coordination, and helping streamline processes during high-volume days.
  • A strong tech-savvy approach is essential for this role. You’ll be expected to work confidently across tools, dashboards, and basic systems to manage travel bookings, track expenses, maintain internal records, and coordinate logistics. Whether it’s booking flights, hotels, cabs, or managing sudden travel changes, you’ll handle end-to-end arrangements quickly and efficiently.
  • Beyond daily office upkeep, you’ll support petty cash management, invoice support, and accurate documentation of everyday expenses. You’ll also manage vendor relationships, office supply inventory, AMC schedules, utility payments, and basic IT coordination — ensuring smooth functioning of devices, Wi-Fi, printers, and other essentials.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with onboarding new team members, ensure meeting rooms run smoothly, oversee pantry and housekeeping staff, and maintain an overall sense of order and reliability in the workspace.
  • This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is highly organised, enjoys solving problems on the go, and takes pride in creating an efficient, supportive, and positive workspace for everyone at NOOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
