Duties and responsibilities

  • Support Directors with administrative and operational tasks, including meeting scheduling, presentations, and project-related communication.
  • Project Administration & Coordination: Co-ordinate PMS for the team and track project workflows, documentation
  • Provide executive support to the TNEI India Directors as required.
  • Handle travel logistics, visa arrangements, meeting coordination, and event organisation.
  • Maintain office supplies, manage service providers, and ensure a well-functioning office environment.
  • Support Integrated Management System (IMS) activities, including audit preparation and documentation updates.
  • Act as a liaison between Directors and external consultants to facilitate smooth information flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal and external meetings.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in operations, coordination, or project administration roles (preferably in engineering or consulting sectors).
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Dropbox, and online forms.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.


Desirable requirements:

  • Understanding of IMS/ISO audit procedures.
  • A positive attitude, high level of discretion, and strong teamwork orientation.
  • Passion and flexibility in managing diverse operational tasks.
