Job Role & Scope of Work

  • Administrative Support:

     Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day correspondence.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

     Preparing presentations, drafting official communication, maintaining records, and consolidating reports as required by L2 leaders.
  • Coordination:

     Serving as a central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring effective communication between leadership and stakeholders.
  • Operational Tasks:

     Tracking deadlines, assisting in project coordination, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items
