Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations at our Electrical Panel Manufacturing Unit in Sector-37D, Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day office activities and documentation work.
• Handle filing, data entry, and record-keeping (manual and digital).
• Coordinate with the production and accounts departments as needed.
• Manage inward and outward correspondence (courier, emails, etc.).
• Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
• Support the procurement and dispatch teams with documentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of office space.
• Handle basic communication with vendors, clients, and internal staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an office/admin role (preferably in a manufacturing unit).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
