Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant/Office Executive/Data Entry Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience, your role will involve keeping record of all the equipment and consumables purchased for the purpose of Hospital project. You will be responsible for maintaining all the equipment and machinery being used in camps, ensuring regular maintenance and arranging for AMC when necessary. Additionally, you will need to understand and maintain all software used for the Hospital project, assisting in data entries, cleaning and analyzing data as instructed by the Medical Officer. Managing inventory of camp-related equipment, procuring required items in advance, and ensuring they are camp-ready will also be part of your responsibilities. Making follow-up calls to patients, particularly those referred to higher centers, supporting the Medical Officer in discharging his duties and procurement, disbursal, and storage of medicines, and assisting the Ayurveda Medical Officer in purchasing new medicines for upcoming camps are tasks that you will handle. You will also be stocking and managing consumables used in the camps, coordinating with institutes, departments, officers, and dignitaries for smooth functioning of medical camps, generating various reports from different systems as needed, providing assistance in other team priorities, and handling additional administrative tasks as required. Taking on any other assignments given by superiors from time to time is also expected.
