Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Order Processing Executive to support our manufacturing company's order management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment while maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately via email, phone, or order management systems. Enter order details into the company’s ERP or order tracking software with precision. Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Track order statuses and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Manage documentation related to orders, delivery schedules, and payment statuses. Resolve order discrepancies or issues in coordination with relevant departments. Maintain organized records of all orders, invoices, and shipping documents. Support invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up activities. Provide basic customer support related to order status and delivery queries. Assist in preparing reports on order processing and shipment status as required.
