Responsibilities:
● Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
● Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations.
● Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
● Coordinate housekeeping, facility upkeep, and maintenance.
● Assist HR/Admin team with onboarding, ID card issuance, and asset management.
● Monitor courier, stationery, and utility services.
● Support team with basic IT coordination and vendor follow-up.
● Handle petty cash and maintain expense reports.
● Organize internal meetings, team events, and logistics.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
● 1–2 years of experience in administration or facility management.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Other Details:
● Work Mode: On-site
● Working Days: Monday to Saturday
● Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
● Laptop: Mandatory
● Two Wheeler: Mandatory
