Job Description

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to a multidisciplinary office housing a Chartered Accountancy practice, a real estate development firm, and the head office of an educational institution. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing diverse tasks across different professional domains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:

  • Handle general office operations, including filing, record-keeping, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing human resource.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files for accounting, real estate, and foundation-related matters.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications—emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments for senior management.

Technical Assistance:

  • Provide Technical Support in co-ordination with third party IT system vendor.
  • Creating and managing users in Office ERP, Microsoft 365, Tally and other softwares being used.
  • Communicating and assisting employees, clients and other stakeholders with respect to any glitch being faced for accessing resources of the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory records, invoices, vouchers, and related paperwork, in physical and / or digital format.

Operational Coordination:

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication with end goal to get the work done.
  • Help with logistics arrangements for meetings, site visits, and events.
  • Maintain office inventory, stationery, and utility records.

Support to Foundation Activities:

  • Coordinate communication among educational institutions, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in event planning, documentation, and communication for foundation projects and programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
