Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator who will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace and support all teams by maintaining efficiency across administrative and operational functions. The ideal person is organized, proactive, and enjoys making systems work better — from handling office supplies and facilities to ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Conduct facility checks and coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain hygiene and upkeep. Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, and vendor relationships to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Maintain asset records and conduct regular audits to ensure equipment and company resources are accounted for. Support inter-departmental requirements such as procurement, documentation, and basic reconciliations. Handle reception duties — greeting visitors, managing couriers, and ensuring a professional front-office experience. Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting setups, and office event logistics. Maintain administrative documentation including bills, vendor invoices, and compliance records. Assist in completing AuditFlo checklists, ensuring timely updates and closure of audit requirements. Foster collaboration across teams by resolving operational queries promptly and courteously. WHO YOU ARE 1–3 years of experience in office administration or operations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple responsibilities. Comfortable coordinating with vendors and internal teams. A team player with a problem-solving mindset and positive attitude.
