The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections to ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, reducing defects, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process inspections during molding, lay-up, curing, and trimming operations. Perform final inspections of finished FRP products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to specifications. Inspect and verify incoming raw materials (resin, fiber, fillers, etc.). Document inspection results, maintain checklists, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs) . Ensure proper sampling and testing (destructive/non-destructive) in collaboration with lab technicians. Monitor and report process deviations , and work closely with production to implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM , and customer-specific quality standards. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) . Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper use of measuring and inspection equipment. Promote a culture of quality and help train operators on basic quality practices when needed. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in FRP, composites, or related manufacturing industries. Strong understanding of FRP processes : hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM, etc. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM D256/D3039 (or similar). Hands-on experience with measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and quality documentation .
