Job Title: Quality Control Inspector – FRP Manufacturing

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team in the FRP manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections to ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining product integrity, reducing defects, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process inspections during molding, lay-up, curing, and trimming operations.
• Perform final inspections of finished FRP products for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to specifications.
• Inspect and verify incoming raw materials (resin, fiber, fillers, etc.).
• Document inspection results, maintain checklists, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Ensure proper sampling and testing (destructive/non-destructive) in collaboration with lab technicians.
• Monitor and report process deviations, and work closely with production to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain cleanliness, calibration, and proper use of measuring and inspection equipment.
• Promote a culture of quality and help train operators on basic quality practices when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in FRP, composites, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of FRP processes: hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, RTM, etc.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM D256/D3039 (or similar).
• Hands-on experience with measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, and quality documentation.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, data entry in QC systems).
