About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Quality Controllers who can ensure consistent product quality from cutting to finishing.

If you have hands-on experience with AQL standards, inline checks, finishing inspections, and menswear QC — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inline, midline & final QC checks

• Identify defects related to stitching, measurements, finishing & construction

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports & documentation

• Ensure adherence to AQL standards and buyer specifications

• Verify fabric, trims, and wash quality prior to production

• Coordinate with production, merchandising & finishing teams

• Monitor quality at all production stages to ensure zero-defect output

• Follow up on corrective actions and ensure compliance.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in quality control for garment manufacturing

• Prior experience in menswear production is mandatory

• Strong understanding of AQL levels, stitching standards & measurement specs

• Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology / Garment Technology

• Ability to prepare and maintain QC documentation

• Computer-friendly (Excel sheets, QC formats, ERP entries)

• Eye for detail, disciplined, and process-driven
