Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector based in Chennai. The role involves conducting inspections on products and processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and documenting findings. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for identifying product defects, collaborating with teams to implement corrective actions, and maintaining quality management protocols. Continuous communication with relevant departments to ensure adherence to quality assurance objectives is also essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection processes
• Experience with Quality Management systems and best practices
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Attention to detail and ability to identify product and process deficiencies
• Relevant certifications or training in quality practices is an advantage
• Familiarity with manufacturing and industrial processes is beneficial

Proficient in operating CMM machines for dimensional inspection and validation of critical components.Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.

Experienced in operating all types of mechanical measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Depth Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicators.

Skilled in conducting dimensional inspection of components as per engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred
