Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector, based in Tiruppur Taluka. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and assessing product quality at all stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with established standards and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, documenting findings, identifying non-conformance issues, and working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions. Strong collaboration with other departments to maintain quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection
• Knowledge of Quality Management principles and experience in implementing quality standards
• Good communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams and reporting results
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with textile or garment manufacturing is preferred
• Understanding of global certifications like Oeko-Tex, GOTS, and SA 8000 is a plus
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines and quality objectives
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality management is beneficial
