Key Responsibilities:

The Office Administrator with 4+ years of work experience will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative and clerical support to staff and management. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure a professional and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Communication:

Answer phones, direct calls, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail), and greet visitors professionally.


Scheduling & Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.


Office Management:

Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, ensure equipment is operational, and oversee a clean and organized office environment.


Document Management:

Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, and assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.


Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, copying, and binding.


Event Support:

Assist in the coordination and execution of company events and functions.
