As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to join us and play a key role in keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Role Summary:

As our Office Administrator, you will serve as the central point of coordination for office operations. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure our office environment runs seamlessly, assist team members with support tasks, and help uphold a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage front-desk duties, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders when needed and negotiate with vendors.

Coordinate facilities-related tasks (office equipment maintenance, cleanliness, meeting room setup).

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team members.

Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding new staff, maintaining records and scheduling training.

Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and provide support to other departments as required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience (2+ years) in office administration or a similar role.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with general office technology.

Professional, friendly, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Desirable Attributes:

Experience working in a busy or fast-growing company.

Familiarity with basic accounting or purchase order processing.

Exposure to HR or facilities management tasks.
