Role Overview

Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, proofread, and edit professional emails, letters, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an office administrator, executive assistant, or similar role.

• Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills

   with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discreo
