Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative located in Noida. The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell mental health services, psychometric testing solutions, and sports psychology expertise offered by Conscious Mind Solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in medical sales , preferably in the mental health, neurofeedback, or healthcare equipment industry Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach Strong knowledge of medical equipment , especially in neurotechnology, psychological testing tools, and wellness devices Ability to understand and explain complex products to healthcare professionals, therapists, and decision-makers Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close sales, and meet targets consistently Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach Willingness and ability to travel frequently to client locations, hospitals, clinics, and participate in industry events, seminars, and product demonstrations Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, psychology, business, or a related field Show more Show less
