Admissions & Sales: Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, online platforms) from prospective parents. Provide detailed information on curriculum, teaching methodologies, and facilities. Conduct campus tours and counseling sessions for parents. Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions. Maintain accurate lead tracking through CRM or admission management software. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets. Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and marketing campaigns. Administrative Support: Assist in daily operations of the preschool including attendance, fee collection, and staff coordination. Maintain student and staff records accurately and securely. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers as needed. Prepare regular reports on admissions, fee collection, and general operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Parent Relations: Act as a liaison between parents and the school management. Address and resolve parent queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Send regular communication regarding school events, holidays, and updates.
