Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth

    market intelligence

    and competitor analysis to support business strategy
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and enter new market segments
  • Lead the national sales and marketing efforts with a focus on high-value OEM accounts
  • Establish strong relationships with key OEM customers and ensure long-term business growth
  • Define sales targets and implement plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Monitor overall sales performance and profitability metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and finance to align product offerings and pricing strategies with market needs
  • Lead and mentor regional and zonal sales managers, ensuring team capability development and performance management
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and OEM forums to enhance brand presence and generate new business leads
  • Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on sales forecasts, market insights, and strategic opportunities
