Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo Tech Lead located in Bhubaneswar. The Odoo Tech Lead will be responsible for leading the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP systems. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and testing Odoo modules, managing the Odoo application lifecycle, coordinating with different teams to gather and analyze requirements, and ensuring that solutions meet business objectives. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior developers, performing code reviews, and overseeing project timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Odoo, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior developers
• Experience in project management and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Optional: experience with other frameworks and languages like Django, Flask, or Java
