Odoo Tech Lead

You are an experienced Odoo Tech Lead with system administration expertise seeking a position at Tijus Academy Pvt. Ltd. in Mavelikara, Kerala. Your role will involve leading the technical implementation, customization, and optimization of the Odoo ERP system to enhance academic and administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include implementing and customizing Odoo ERP modules to align with institutional needs, managing Linux-based servers and PostgreSQL databases to ensure system security and uptime, leading and mentoring a team of developers and system administrators, integrating Odoo with third-party systems, and providing technical support and training to users across departments. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Odoo ERP development (preferably v14 and above), proficiency in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and basic JavaScript, strong knowledge of Linux server administration (Ubuntu preferred), experience with domain/DNS settings and email server configurations, familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD concepts. As the Odoo Tech Lead, your key performance indicators (KPIs) will include maintaining 99.9% Odoo system uptime, completing Odoo projects on time and within scope, resolving 90%+ support issues within 24 hours, achieving high user satisfaction from staff and faculty, and optimizing the system for faster response and better user experience. Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, experience in educational institutions, and relevant certifications in Odoo or system administration.
