Job Description

We are an ERP Product company, focused on implementing

ERP Software & IT strategies

for diverse industries such as Iron & Steel, Chemical, Engineering, Manufacturing, and more. We specialize in

Odoo ERP implementation

and seek a dynamic professional with proven experience in ERP sales, client management, and project engagement.

Note: Only Odoo experience candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Drive sales of
Odoo ERP solutions
and related IT services to SMEs and large enterprises.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful deals.
Understand client requirements and showcase Odoo ERP features and business benefits.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align proposals with customer needs.
Conduct Odoo ERP product demos, prepare quotations, and support negotiations until closure.
Manage client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
Maintain accurate sales activities, leads, and pipeline tracking in CRM tools.
Participate in marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to boost Odoo ERP adoption.
Stay updated on competitor offerings, ERP trends, and market insights within the Indian market (Mumbai, Pune focus).

3+ Year (Priority to candidates with ERP sales experience)
Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software or ERP implementation.

Bachelor s or Master s in
Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
.

Hands-on
Odoo ERP sales/implementation experience
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and networking ability.
Good understanding of core business processes:
Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
