Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled WordPress & Website Developer to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining web platforms and automated workflows that support our digital operations. This role demands a balance of technical expertise, creativity, and cross-platform integration skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesWordPress Development

• Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
• Optimize website performance, security, and SEO.
• Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and custom modules as required.

Odoo Development (Front-end & Back-end)

• Customize and manage Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, and Inventory.
• Develop and implement new features and module integrations.
• Enhance UI/UX for seamless user experience and usability.

Tech Workflow & Integrations

• Automate and manage data workflows between CRM, ERP, and web platforms.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and webhooks.
• Ensure data consistency and smooth cross-platform communication.

HubSpot Workflow Development

• Design and implement HubSpot workflows for marketing automation, lead management, and CRM synchronization.
• Create custom modules, landing pages, and dashboards within HubSpot.
• Integrate HubSpot with other platforms and tools for improved marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in web development or CRM/ERP integrations.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with Odoo customization and module development.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python (for Odoo backend development).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.

Additional Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience with demonstrable project portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
