About The Role:

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team at Wispy Cloud Solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing and delivering seamless Odoo ERP solutions for small to mid-sized businesses.

As a Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in solution design, client demos, scope documentation, and guiding the implementation team to ensure successful ERP rollouts.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct live demos for clients, showcasing relevant Odoo modules and workflows.

· Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored Odoo solutions.

· Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents with clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.

·  Lead solution architecture and module mapping for implementations and enhancements.

·  Work with technical teams to support customization, integrations, and issue resolution.

·  Advise clients on best practices for Odoo setup, especially in manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

•2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo implementation and solution design.

•Strong expertise in Odoo Manufacturing modules (MRP, BOM, Work Orders, Routing).

•Proven experience conducting live demos for clients.

•Ability to create detailed Scope of Work documents that define clear project boundaries and deliverables.

•Deep understanding of core Odoo modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, CRM & Manufacturing.

•Strong documentation and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

•Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges.

Flexible work schedule with mandatory overlap during EST business hours for client calls and team syncs.
