We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementations (v15 to the latest version), excellent understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients across multiple industries.
Configure, implement, and support Odoo modules including (but not limited to):
CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Projects, Field Service, Website/eCommerce.
Work closely with technical teams to design functional workflows and ensure seamless integration with custom developments.
Conduct end-user training, prepare functional documentation, and provide post-go-live support.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and help clients validate business flows.
Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, functional features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
Strong knowledge of Odoo versions 15, 16, 17, and latest (18) functional flows.
Proven experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations (requirement gathering → configuration → testing → deployment → support).
In-depth understanding of core ERP modules (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, etc.).
Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and client-facing communication.
Experience with Odoo Enterprise features is a plus.
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Linux environment, and Odoo.sh is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
