About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The consultant will be responsible for gathering client requirements, analyzing business processes, providing Odoo solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of ERP processes, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to gather business requirements and understand workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes and suggest Odoo ERP solutions.
• Configure, implement, and test Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Provide training, demos, and support to end-users.
• Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD), gap analysis, and solution design.
• Collaborate with technical/development teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure smooth data migration, integration, and module deployment.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the technical team.
• Support pre-sales activities by preparing demos and presentations.
• Handle UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, CRM, Manufacturing).
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP functional side.
• Ability to draft functional requirement documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
