As an Odoo ERP Sales Executive, your role will involve driving sales of Odoo ERP solutions by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored ERP solutions to enhance their operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo ERP features. - Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for upselling and referrals. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation. - Stay updated on Odoo ERP features, industry trends, and competitors. Qualifications: - Btech/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP/software solutions. - Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to client needs. - Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
