Odoo ERP Sales

You will be responsible for driving sales of Odoo ERP solutions by identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored ERP solutions to enhance their operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Odoo ERP features. - Understanding client requirements and proposing customized solutions. - Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships for upselling and referrals. - Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation. - Staying updated on Odoo ERP features, industry trends, and competitors. Qualifications required for this role: - Btech/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP/software solutions. - Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to client needs. - Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
