O2C - Invoicing and Verification - Executive

This role is responsible for executing end-to-end invoice upload, validation, and manual verification activities for a leading Staffing & Recruitment client. The position ensures high-accuracy processing, strong compliance with client billing guidelines, and seamless coordination with internal and onshore stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a quality-centric mindset, operational discipline, and an ability to navigate dynamic, high-volume environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, O2C/AR, Billing, or BPO operations (preferably within Staffing & Recruitment domain).


• Strong understanding of billing, timesheets, and rate structures used in contingent workforce programs.


• High proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and documentation accuracy.


• Familiarity with invoicing tools, VMS platforms, or ERP systems is an added advantage.


• Strong analytical ability with a structured approach to problem-solving.


• Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.

Invoice Upload Management

• Process and upload invoices into the client s designated billing platforms within agreed SLAs.


• Validate invoice formats, supporting documentation, and required fields prior to submission.


• Ensure all invoices meet client-specific billing rules, contractual requirements, and timekeeping validations.

Manual Verification & Quality Control

• Perform detailed manual checks on invoice data including rate validation, hours, cost elements, and assignment details.


• Reconcile timesheet discrepancies by liaising with internal O2C/AR teams or client contacts.


• Flag exceptions, mismatches, and anomalies proactively with clear root-cause articulation.


• Maintain audit trails and update verification logs to support compliance needs.
