Nursing Trainer

As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for managing clinical content at the unit level, coordinating with the corporate learning center team, and ensuring that all clinical training is conducted smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the Nursing officer for clinical content delivery and support, identify training needs, and deliver clinical trainings aligned with the needs analysis. Your role will also involve conducting on-the-job training, field visits, and preparing case studies for clinical refresher training. - Manage clinical content at the unit level in coordination with the corporate learning center team - Ensure availability of all consumables required for clinical training - Report to Nursing officer for clinical content delivery and support - Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver clinical trainings - Ensure clinical trainings are conducted as per the schedule - Conduct unit level training and development activities including coordination with the corporate office - Provide refresher training and other necessary training as required - Conduct field visits as per the schedule provided by the Clinical excellence team - Correct nurses on the job, identify gaps, and prepare case studies for clinical refresher training - Conduct evaluation post training, identify gaps, and bridge them - Prepare prescribed reports fortnightly/monthly as required by the reporting manager - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field - Clinical training certification preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Good organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and ability to analyze training needs - Proficient in MIS and report preparation,
