Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Instructor located in Borivali & Thane. The Nursing Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, teaching and mentoring students in nursing practices, and ensuring that all educational activities are aligned with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, supervising clinical practices, and evaluating student performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Offline and Online Training Delievery ,Curriculum Development
• Strong background in Nursing and Medicine
• Expertise in Nursing Education and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
