Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum guidelines. Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide academic support. Organize workshops, clinical demonstrations, and hospital-based training sessions. Stay updated with nursing trends, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain records as per Nursing Council and institutional standards. ✅ Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution. Registration: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Nursing Council. Experience: 1–3 years of teaching/clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills. Passionate about nursing education and student development.
