Understand student needs and suggest suitable course options. Convert leads into successful admissions through follow-ups and presentations. Collaborate with marketing and field teams to ensure student enrollment targets are achieved.Maintain and update CRM records for all prospective leads. Participate in career fairs, seminars, and other promotional activities. Requirements:Graduation in any discipline (Education background preferred).1–3 years of experience in academic or career counselling/sales.
