Job Title:

Chat Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via chat during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
  • Deliver prompt and clear communication
  • Understand and assist with health plan-related queries
  • Maintain a high standard of written communication

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent written English communication
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Comfort with technology, CRM/helpdesk systems
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong judgment & problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Healthcare/Insurance domain (e.g., Claims, Benefits, Pharmacy)
  • Experience in US healthcare process

Interview Rounds:

  1. HR Screening
  2. Typing Test (35 WPM)
  3. Communication Assessment (Mock Chat Score 2.2)
  4. Final Round (Domain + Expectation setting)

Other Details:

  • Job Type: Contract (6 Months)
