Layam Group is a reputed HR solutions provider, specializing in end-to-end recruitment, staffing, and talent management services for leading organizations across various industries. We are looking to expand our talent acquisition team with a dynamic Non-IT Recruitment Specialist at our Adyar office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles (Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Logistics, FMCG, etc.).
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and business needs.- Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and other channels.- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews, and assess candidates suitability.- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the selection process.- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.- Manage offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation.- Prepare and share regular recruitment updates and reports with management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 4-8 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably in staffing/recruitment agencies).- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Good understanding of Non-IT industries and job profiles.- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
