As a Non-IT Recruiter at IMPACTICA, a leading company based in Jaipur (Rajasthan), you will be a crucial part of the HR TA team, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle.
