We are looking to hire for the Recruiter & Sr' Recruiter Role in Bengaluru Location. The application must have experience in bulk hiring. Job Description: * Responsible for recruiting and onboarding E-commerce Clients * Conducting field visits and Store visits to recruit the new candidates. * Meeting daily/weekly recruitment targets * Ensuring high-quality deep understanding in Blue collar Hiring. * Must have experience in Field Recruitment. Requirements: * 1 -3 years of experience completely into Blue-Collar recruitment * Ability to work independently and meet targets on Month on Month. * Familiarity with the Bangalore market and must know the local language and Good Geographical Knowledge.
