Walk-In Interview Non-IT Recruiter (1 - 3 Years | Female Candidates Only)

Location:

We are hiring enthusiastic Non-IT Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, interest, and fitment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, applications, and interview schedules.

Who Can Apply:

Graduates with a degree in BE/B.Tech OR Any Graduate with Experience in Engineering/Sales Hiring
