Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Understand their needs and define job requirements for open non-IT positions.
Source Candidates:
Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find potential candidates.
Screen and Interview:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the Recruitment Process:
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from hiring teams, extend job offers, and negotiate terms of employment.
Maintain Candidate Relationships:
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Utilize Recruitment Tools:
Effectively use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
Ensure Positive Candidate Experience:
Provide a smooth and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
