You are a Non-IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and more. Your main responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs, and maintaining quality standards. You will be expected to source candidates using different channels, screen and interview candidates, and maintain effective communication throughout the hiring process. Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines and coordinating with hiring managers and clients for interview scheduling will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to maintain and update candidate records and reports as per company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across industries like Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Automotive, etc. - Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs while maintaining quality. - Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels. - Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job specifications. - Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. - Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines (TAT - Turnaround Time). - Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to schedule interviews and provide necessary updates. - Maintain and update candidate records and reports as per company standards. Key Requirements: - 03 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. - Prior experience in a Staffing or Consulting firm is highly preferred. - Good understanding of Non-IT roles and hiring practices in sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Automotive. - Excellent sourcing skills using various job boards and networking platforms. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
