Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

As a Non-IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment team's growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in diverse industries such as Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Automotive. - Understanding client requirements and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs with a focus on quality. - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other channels. - Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for alignment with job specifications. - Maintaining regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience. - Achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and clients. - Keeping candidate records and reports updated as per company standards. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 03 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. - Previous experience in a Staffing or Consulting firm is preferred. - Strong understanding of Non-IT roles and hiring practices in sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, and Automotive. - Proficiency in sourcing through job boards and networking platforms. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment. - Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
