Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for
Non-IT roles
such as Store Executives, Purchase Executives, and Sales Personnel.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and offline channels.
Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess candidate fitment.
Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and following up through the process.
Maintaining and updating candidate database and trackers.
Managing job postings and employer branding on relevant platforms.
Ensuring smooth onboarding coordination with concerned departments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:
23 years of hands-on recruitment experience in non-IT roles.
Salary Range:
25,000 to 32,000 in hand (based on experience & fitment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within deadlines.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and assessment techniques.
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
