Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Blue-Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and skilled/unskilled labor roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, vendor coordination, and candidate sourcing through both traditional and non-traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g. warehouse / logistics / e-commerce) Source candidates using various methods – job portals, field sourcing, local agencies, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and social media. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications. Schedule and conduct preliminary screenings and walk-in drives. Ensure proper documentation and background verification of selected candidates. Support onboarding activities and ensure new hires are aligned with joining requirements. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies. Must-Have Requirements: Own laptop Fluent in Hindi, English, and at least one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam). Comfortable working independently and managing volume hiring targets.
