Job Title : HR Recruiter Location : Hyderabad Salary : Up to INR 25,000 per month (based on experience) Working Days : 5 Days (Monday – Friday); Saturday & Sunday fixed off Eligibility Criteria Experience : 1–4 years in Non-IT recruitment / Domestic hiring / FMCG hiring / Sales recruitment Education : Any graduate Gender : Male & Female candidates eligible Languages : Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu; knowledge of any additional language will be an added advantage Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work on bulk hiring for Non-IT / Sales / FMCG or similar domains. Maintain candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines. Skills Required Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing techniques Target-driven with a result-oriented approach
