Job Description

You will work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the department's requirements in terms of the skill set and responsibilities expected from the candidates. Based on the final requirement, you will prepare an effective sourcing approach and plan, including utilizing sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, and acquisition funnel. Your responsibility will be to drive the sourcing efforts, ensuring the right quality of candidates is sourced within the committed timelines. You will be responsible for negotiating with candidates, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. Any specific requests or modifications required by the candidates should be proactively communicated to the HR Manager. Screening and assessing candidates to ensure that only well-qualified, professional, and dedicated individuals engage with the organization will be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide solutions and deliver to IT clients on time. You will also be involved in client interaction and client management to maintain strong relationships with clients.,
