We are hiring for NON IT Recruiter(Domestic) Timings: 9.30am-6.30pm Working days: 5days(Mon-sat) Proffered-Male Candidates only Job Details: Role: NON-IT Recruiter Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: 2-5 Years Immediate joiner Roles & Responsibility Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for Non-IT roles across industries like Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and FMCG. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases for future hiring needs . Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment . Strong experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring . Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools . Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
