Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions for non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social networks.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures of job openings.
  • Maintain a candidate database and build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
